Anna Kendrick is an American actress and singer, best known for her roles in “Twilight”, “Pitch Perfect”, “Into the Woods” and “A Simple Favor”. The actress was born on August 9, 1985, in Portland, Maine.

She began her acting career before her teen years, auditioning for theater productions in New York City and landing a supporting role in the 1998 Broadway musical “High Society”.

Her film debut was the musical film “Camp”, after which she starred in the sensational movie adaptations of Stephanie Meyer’s “Twilight” novel series.
